is able to develop a range of products tailored to its customers' needs.
Our range includes supports for telecommunications
and electrical networks, from 7 to 12 metres.
The poles are manufactured using a mixture of temperature-controlled polyester resin with additives and UV protection. They also contain fiberglass and a printed fabric that gives the whole structure a wood finish.
The fiberglass and fabric are wound onto a mandrel and placed in a heated oven.Centrifugation ensures that the resin soaks into the whole structure evenly. After a ‘baking’ period, the pole is complete.
The flexural strength and resistance of the posts depend on the quantity and quality of the resin and fiberglass used. Our posts have successfully passed passive safety road tests and comply with Standard 12767:2019.
